No-Cost Service Our agent will visit your property and collect your property profile including upto 20 photographs and necessary documentation. We will list your property in our website only for 2 months. BrandStand(TM) and DC listings are optionally offered based on the hot rating given by Aarvy. NOTE! Your contact details are not exposed. We will create an online file and track the file progress until the property is sold or 2 months which ever is earlier. You will get access to your file progress and file status online and also via our Customer Care. We will bring visitors to your property on a regular basis to show the premises. We will provide legal assistance for any kind of disputes. (Minimal costs apply) NOTE! Seller must agree to sell the property to a Fixed-Rate/Fixed-Cost of the property for 3 months. Penalty of Rs.1500/-(+ Other Costs if any) applies if the Seller breaks the agreement.	Rs.Nil/- Per Property + Nil% of Sale Price
